Who do you have to thank for this heavenly product? Tera Peterson is the Co-Founder and CEO for the Carol Cole Company, a cosmeceutical and aesthetic technology company focused on the development of contemporary devices and beauty treatments that aid in facial rejuvenation. The company’s flagship brand NuFACE is the leader of innovative anti-aging devices that deliver visible results for beautiful skin. 

Prior to joining the Carol Cole Company, Tera received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management from the University of San Diego in 2000. Working in sales for companies such a Northwestern Mutual and Omni Staffing Services, Tera always desired the entrepreneurial path. In 2002, Tera returned to school to further her knowledge of the beauty industry and to master aesthetics from the inside out. Tera received her license in aesthetics working as a licensed aesthetician for several years specializing in professional microcurrent technology, the “noninvasive facial-lift”. Her knowledge and understanding of the at-home device market proves to be a major asset to the company.
