If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Products marked final sale at time of sale will not be eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
