Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Sales taxes and GST will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm will ship next business day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).

Tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Ontario.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Standard shipping rates (excluding taxes).

Orders above $120 ship for free.
Orders below $50 incur a standard shipping charge of $15.
Orders $50-$120 incur a standard shipping charge of $10.

Express shipping (excluding taxes):

For Purolator express shipping, a flat rate of $20 CAD is applied.
