Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Sales taxes and GST will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
We typically ship your order within 24 hours. Where possible, we try to ship the same day. During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that). Overnight shipments receive priority processing. Order status will be emailed to you when your order ships.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Quebec.
Free standard shipping applies for all orders over $70 CAD (excluding taxes).
Orders below $70 CAD (excluding taxes), incur a standard shipping charge of $9 CAD.
For an overnight shipping service, a flat shipping rate of $20 CAD is charged (please note order processing time).
For standard shipping please allow 1-2 business days for delivery (excluding order processing time).
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
We are currently only able to ship within Canada, for international orders please visit www.slip.com and select the shipping country.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If you order a pre-ordered item in the same transaction as other slip products, your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate split shipments at this time.
